Hello fellow writers! Just to let you know that the Short Story 2015 has been judged and the winners contacted, we are just waiting on a couple of things before we publish the results (and winning entries) on here. If you haven’t been contacted, then sorry, you havent won and we wish you the best of luck for next year.

In other news, the Poetry 2016 comp will be launched very soon, with a excellent poet as judge, stay tuned….

Hi all!

Thank you so very much to all those who entered our short story competition this year (a lot) and thank you to all the well-wishers and hopefuls who dropped us a friendly message (Slough Writers, looking at you 😉 )
We however, as the rules say, cannot respond to any queries about entries or payments (unless something has gone awry), so sorry to those who have requested info, but it would not be fair (or practical) to respond to everyone.

Anyway! It is indeed closed for entries and the pile is being processed, so come (at some point) in December we shall announce winners! Good luck to you all and may your pens ever be as sharp as your wit!
